Job Description:
Following below are the responsibilities of this service delivery team :
Initial payroll setup
Monthly payroll processing
Initial setup of accounting system
Monthly bookkeeping (AP,AR, FA and GL)
Annual accounting service( financial statements, expense report, audit assistance and etc)
Accounting reconciliation service (between two COA system, inter-company AR/AP and etc)
General:
Assist Team Leader to coach and supervise junior staff to deliver the service with required quality
Communicate and liaise with PwC Tax department or external client (if required) to resolve problem and improve service, and ensure smooth working relationship & cooperation with all related parties
Maintain and document standard business processes
Train new or rotated staff to ensure they can perform the service with necessary skills and in a timely manner
Escalate operational issues to Team leader and resolve it in a timely manner
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to further improve operational efficiency
May perform other tasks as assigned (for instance, audit related) than accounting works
Requirements:
University degree with accounting major
More than 4 years in-house accounting experience, and additional 2-3 years share service center experience
Full experience in accounting modules (GA/AR/AP/FA)
Experience in chart of account and financial reporting will be an advantage
Good internal and external relationship management skills
Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
Highly responsible and enthusiastic
Team player who can work effectively under pressure
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office
Attention to detail
High energy level with strong customer service mind set & can-do attitude
Great team player and ability to work effectively with cross functions and regional teams in a complicated business environment
Smart and willing to learn
