AB(F1)之20分钟学会PESTEL 模型

今天，大雪带大家学习PESTEL模型，PESTEL 模型呢不光在AB考试中比较重要，其实后续如果有同学进外企或者四大面试的时候，也会经常遇到PESTEL模型的分析，所以，希望大家目光放长远，在这20分钟内，熟练掌握PESTEL model。

首先，我们先知道PESTEL 模型具体是哪六个点：

其次我们一个一个来分析:

【Political&Legal factors】

因为政府的所有的政策最后都会落实到法律层面，所以我们把P:政治方面和L:法律方面一起来学习，政府可以通过各种政策手段，包括Basic legalframework，particularstance on an issue of direct relevance to a business or industry对特定行业的帮助和抑制等等等各方面影响企业，那企业也可以通过各种方式影响政府，包括雇佣说客，给政府官员非执行董事的位置以及影响公众来因此影响政府。

那在这里同学们需要掌握的是四个相关法律法规：

劳动雇佣法中有一个比较重要的考点，就是dismissal，解雇，在考试中呢，经常会让你区分解雇的不同分类：

Actual dismissal 真实的解雇

Deemed dismissal 指在约定的雇佣期限满了之后不续签了

Constructive dismissal推定的解雇  用一些不合理的要求员工遭拒绝后，以此为理由解雇

Wrongful dismissal  错误的解雇，没有按照合同要求，比如合同中注明如果要开除员工应提前一个月告知，但是雇主并没有这样做，这就是错误的解雇

Unfair dismissal  不公平的解雇，它并不违法，只是不道德而已，因为你的年龄种族肤色性别等解雇你。

另外还有一个知识点 redundancy 裁员，可能公司业绩不佳或者公司现在不需要某个项目或者部门，然后对此相关的员工遭到解雇，裁员是雇主需按要求进行补偿，具体补偿费用是根据你在职时间决定的，但是有一下三种情况不需要补偿。

The employer has made an offer of suitable alternative employmentand the employee has unreasonably rejected it.
The employee is of pensionable age or over, or has less than twoyears'; continuous employment.
The employee';s conduct merits dismissal without notice.

Social-cultural factors 其实和marketing 紧密联合，我们不管是去研究社会阶层，还是文化趋势，都是为了能够更加接近客户，进行有效的市场分析。

【Technological factors】

技术方面的影响，主要涉及三个方面，第一个是组织架构，由于科技的发展，组织架构慢慢从tall 变为flat，span of control 控制幅度也加大了，第二个层面是日常运营，能够通过计算机更加高效，第三个也最重要的一个：

外包，将公司部分给外部承包商完成，它的优缺点也是同学们需要掌握的。

【Theenvironmental factors】

环境因素，有两类成本需要同学们了解，第一个就是已经发生的直接或者间接费用，第二个就是预期可能会发生的费用，我们叫做Contingent or intangible environmental costs.

另外，还有两个名词需要大家掌握，Sustainability，可持续性，主要强调我们现在的发展不应该以牺牲未来后代的利益来进行，因此我们企业需要披露可持续性报告以及综合性报告，来对企业财务信息和非财务信息进行说明。
