Location: Beijing
1.Position: Accountant（Outsource Accounting Department）
Responsibilities:
·Responsible for bookkeeping on a monthly basis forsmall tmedium size client;
·Ensure accuracy of information and calculations foraccounts preparation process;
·Prepare financial management reports and accountreconciliations and ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met forassigned clients;
·Prepare tax calculation and coordinate with taxfiling staff tensure tax filing deadlines are met;
·Work closely with team members including cashier,tax filing staff, senior accountant and project manager tdeliver high qualityservice.
Requirements:
·Degree holder of accounting-related discipline;
·Minimum 3 years accounting experience includingbookkeeping and reporting;
·Experience with ERP systems (Yongyou, Kingdee);
·Familiar with China tax compliance requirement;
·Good command of English;
·Good Microsoft office skills for efficient work;
·Detail oriented in work;
·Good communication skills.
·ACCA preferred

2. Position: AR Accountant Assistant
Responsibilities:
Build good communication and relationshipwith KA customer. Ensure tget customer data on time monthly.
Collate and check invoices tensure thecompany';s VAT invoice consist with the customer data.
Track wrong invoice and get it resolved. Tokeep good communication with customer service department, push customer servicetadjust on time;
Track trade spending claim processing. Tokeep good communication with sales, checking trade spend invoices and expensesdetails, supervise sales timely reimbursement.
Finance system operation, cash collectionsystem input and match, net off trade spend with AR.
Monthly prepare AR reconciliationreport/Trade spending tracking report.
Requirement:
College degree or above and major inAccounting or related
Above 1 year working experience in accountingarea
Accountant certificate is required
Have basic English
Familiar with office software, such as Excel
ACCA preferred
